Aligning Assets to Improve Health and
Health Equity: SFHIP Lessons and Strategic Directions

San Francisco Health Improvement Partnerships (SF HIP)
convened community, civic and university stakeholders on Thursday, March 28th at The SF Women's Building for an opportunity to share lessons learned to date from our Partnership Working Groups (PWGs). Moving forward we will apply these lessons to determine next steps for strategically advancing the aims of SFHIP. Download the convening materials here.

San Francisco Health Improvement Partnerships (SF HIP)
is an innovative collaboration between UCSF and public, private and nonprofit partners to link research with practice to improve health in the Bay Area, beginning with San Francisco.

SF HIP provides San Francisco communities with a coordinated way to bring academic resources and research expertise to bear on health improvement activities while addressing disparities in health and health care.
